Thomasville: Blueprint 2028 is a 9-month comprehensive planning process to develop a vision and decision making framework to move Thomasville into the future. This Comprehensive Plan will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our streets, neighborhoods, and public spaces for the next twenty to thirty years. Thomasville: Blueprint 2028 will set broad policies and identify specific actions aimed at enhancing our community's quality of life while also protecting the area’s historic, cultural and natural environment.

The process to create the plan will provide many opportunities for input including: hands-on community meetings and workshops, a week-long open planning studio, and multiple small group conversations with stakeholders and community participants. Your input and feedback are instrumental as the future of Thomasville is envisioned. This website will supplement in-person meetings, provide background information, project updates, and serve as an additional way to interact with your neighbors and share your thoughts. The resulting plan will integrate all of the feedback and information gathered to define goals, objectives, and specific strategies to achieve the vision for Thomasville.
